Outpatient Withdrawal Services
We perform thorough, culturally sensitive assessments that consider the client’s cultural background, including beliefs about health, substance use, and withdrawal. We use culturally adapted assessment tools to ensure an accurate understanding of the client’s needs and symptoms.
Office-based Opioid Treatment (OBOT)
Our Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) program provides comprehensive care for individuals struggling with opioid use disorder. Through a combination of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and counseling, we offer a personalized approach to help clients manage withdrawal symptoms, reduce cravings, and achieve long-term recovery. Our dedicated medical professionals ensure continuous support and monitoring to facilitate a successful recovery journey.
Driver Alcohol Education (DAE)
The Driver Alcohol Education (DAE) program is designed for individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence (DUI). This educational initiative aims to increase awareness about the risks and consequences of alcohol-impaired driving. Participants engage in interactive sessions that cover topics such as the effects of alcohol on the body, legal implications, and strategies for making safer choices in the future.
Operating Under Influence Aftercare (SOA)
Our Operating Under the Influence Aftercare (SOA) program provides ongoing support for individuals who have completed initial treatment or education for DUI offenses. This program focuses on relapse prevention, coping strategies, and maintaining a sober lifestyle. Through regular follow-up sessions, participants receive the tools and encouragement needed to avoid future offenses and sustain their recovery.
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
This program caters to individuals who need a higher level of care than traditional outpatient counseling but do not require residential treatment. IOP includes several hours of therapy and support activities each week, allowing clients to maintain their daily responsibilities while receiving intensive treatment.
Day Treatment
We train all staff to approach each client as an individual, free from stereotypes and assumptions based on race, ethnicity, gender, or socioeconomic status. We regularly conduct workshops on cultural humility and implicit bias and use inclusive and non-judgmental language in all interactions with clients.
Harm Reduction Services
In psychotherapy, harm reduction can be one component of treatment for individuals struggling with substance use. For example, we work with clients to develop strategies to reduce the risks associated with their substance use, such as using substances in a safer manner or in smaller amounts. We also help clients identify and address the underlying factors contributing to their substance use, such as mental health issues, trauma, or social and environmental factors.

Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) Integration

Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) will be a cornerstone of our treatment approach, recognizing its efficacy in supporting recovery from opioid use disorder (OUD). Our program will offer all forms of federally approved medications for OUD, including methadone, buprenorphine (Suboxone), and naltrexone (Vivitrol). These services will be added after the outpatient clinic is off the ground running.

These medications will be incorporated as follows:

Methadone: This drug is provided under strict medical supervision in a controlled setting. It will be available to clients through our residential and outpatient programs.
Buprenorphine (Suboxone): This medication will be available to clients through both our outpatient and residential programs. Our licensed prescribers will conduct thorough assessments to determine the appropriate dosage and monitor clients regularly.
Naltrexone (Vivitrol): Offered as an option for clients who have completed detoxification and wish to use a non-opioid medication to support their recovery. Naltrexone will be administered under medical supervision in both our outpatient and residential settings.

Service Delivery:
We will provide MAT directly through our in-house licensed medical staff, which includes physicians, nurse practitioners, and pharmacists trained in addiction medicine. Additionally, to ensure continuity of care and expand access to MAT, we will establish service agreements with local licensed providers. These agreements will allow us to refer clients for MAT services when necessary and ensure that clients have access to the full range of treatment options.
